Hey there,
Decided to vent on my blog about a hiccup I'm having with the business...I have so many ideas and so little time to complete them. I blame this on my new obsession: PINTEREST!!! Sometimes I see other peoples' cupcakes via blogs or just random pictures on the internet and I feel like I can't compete. But then I remember that I have only been baking for a year while they've been baking for YEARS!
Do I need to brush up on my craft: YES
Do I have the time in the day to do so: NO!!
And there lies my problem folks! LOL! So I have decided that I am going to MAKE time to take the fondant and flower design classes I've been putting off. The time I make for it now will pay off in the end. I started baking for poops and giggles and its turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I love every minute of it and wouldn't change anything about it.
